B&B a "cinque stelle" appena ristrutturato, nuovissimo. E' situato in un complesso residenziale in  una posizione tranquilla, molto ben collegata con il centro della citta' . Nei pressi della struttura si possono trovare i principali esercizi commerciali (bar, tabacchi, ristoranti, supermercati, banche) tutti quanti raggiungibili a piedi. Presente parcheggio privato con cancello automatico. Le camere spaziose, comode, climatizzate e insonorizzate sono dotate di ampio balcone dove e' anche possibile consumare la colazione.La cura nei dettagli e pulizia sono impeccabili. Gentilezza ed accoglienza  sono i punti di forza dello staff che con impegno e professionalita' fanno da cornice a questo splendido posto. Complimenti!

L’appartamento è superbo: completamente ristrutturato, tutto è nuovo, ma  in stile classico. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario. La stanza dove ho alloggiato ha un balcone molto grande e bello. Aria condizionata, tapparelle elettriche, il letto è estremamente confortevole: l’intera stanza è molto bella. I padroni di casa sono straordinari, non hanno mai disturbato per cambiare le lenzuola o gli asciugamani quando necessario. L’edificio è situato in un cortile in cui si entra da un cancello elettrico ed il parcheggio è gratuito. Praticamente ci sono tutte le condizioni per prenotare una camera al Mayflower.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Rome dans ce magnifique bed and breakfast (conforme à la description) très confortable, spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit déjeuner sur le balcon était très agréable et nous avons même profité de la piscine publique située à quelques pas de la résidence. Ale&Gio nous ont très gentiment accueillis et avaient préparé un petit déjeuner pour notre arrivée. Ils ont été disponibles et serviables tout au long de notre séjour. Ils sont très attentifs au bien être des locataires. L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence très calme située à 15 minutes du centre de Rome en voiture. Il était facile de se garer dans la résidence ainsi que dans le centre de Rome le long du Tibre (seconde semaine d'août). Rome est une ville avec beaucoup de points d’intérêts méritant d’y consacrer une semaine. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !!! Encore tous nos remerciements à Ale&Gio.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso alloggio per quattro giorni. La cura e il buon gusto con cui è stato arredato ci hanno veramente stupiti fin dal primo istante. Erano presenti tutti i comfort immaginabili (meglio che a casa propria). La cortesia dei proprietari ha reso ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Grazie ancora a Giordano e Alessandra da tutti noi.

Vraiment impeccable ! Nos hôtes ont été très attentionnés et sympathiques. Le B&B est neuf et très bien décoré (le style chic à l'italienne). Il est aussi très pratique, bien agencé et situé dans un quartier tranquille. La possibilité de garer une voiture dans un parking privé est aussi un atout. Des commerces sont à proximité. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Ale&Gio's flat is so lovely! And our hosts were just as lovely. The room was very clean and prepped for our arrival. It's close enough to Rome but far enough away to get a real Italian feel instead of the tourist experience. Should we make it back to Rome, we would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend the B&B and our hosts!

We were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine, juices, breakfast, snacks and smiles. The hosts were extremely helpful and available to answer all of questions. The hosts offered us bus tokens and taxis to assist us in getting around the city. They helped us with bus routes and trains etc. The hosts were very welcoming and the experience was amazing. Beautiful place with luxurious feel.

Al nostro arrivo Alessandra & Giordano ci hanno accolti con molto calore e simpatia, inoltre avevano preparato un aperitivo composto da Snaks ed un'ottima bottiglia di Pinot frizzante. Il bed and breakfast è molto bello e spazioso, arredato con molto gusto, curato nei minimi particolari e perfettamente corredato di tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili, televisori in tutti gli ambienti e perfino un massaggiatore elettrico per i piedi ! Anche le terrazze sono arredate con molta cura. Il posto auto privato e la vicinanza ai servizi pubblici lo rendono ulteriormente confortevole. Se torneremo a Roma , sicuramente ritorneremo qui !!

That is my most fantastic experience!. Giordano and Alessandra is so nice and hospitable to us. Before our check-in, they did kept in touch with us friendly all the time. They also provided us very useful traveling information as soon as we got there. As the date we arrived in was Christmas Eve, so they prepared the traditional Roma cake for us. The B&B is bright and clean, and there are bus stations and a big supermarket in the surrounding. Recommended!!!

This was the best room in our two-week tour of Italy (6 different locations). Their B&B was beautifully decorated and had every detail you could possibly need: towels, bedding, dishes, bathroom supplies, and they even gifted us a panettone for the holidays. :) Ale and Gio helped us with our luggage (of which there was a lot), and took the time to tell us what to see, how to get around, and where to go for bus tickets, coffee, and a good meal. Fantastic!

Hola Ale y Gio . nuevamente queremos agradecer a los dos por todas sus atenciones , nos encanto conocerlos son unas excelentes personas y "Perfectos Anfitriones". disfrutamos mucho la estadía en Roma y esto gracias a su increíble y Hermoso B&B , lo mejor de todo.  En pocas palabras el apartamento de Ale y Gio en Roma es como tu Hogar, calido, limpio y cuidado con mucho cariño. Gennaio 2017 (New Zealand)

Ale & Gio finished our time in Italy off superbly, we were greeted upon arrival so welcoming. The B&B is 5+ star standard, clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. There is a bus stop literally across the street, great restaurant 300m away - wood fired pizza and fresh pasta ( They even opened for us during their 'closed' time). Supermarket also within 50m of the apartment. I'l be back next time here in Roma! Grazie!!
