B&B Mayflower

Il B&B  Mayflower è un appartamento privato nel quale  la famiglia Ricci mette a disposizione degli ospiti una o più camere da letto e l’uso di alcuni spazi comuni, mentre gli altri ambienti sono ad uso esclusivo dei proprietari. Tale servizio di alloggio comprende la prima colazione ed è assicurato avvalendosi della normale organizzazione familiare.

Le regole da osservare nel nostro B&B non sono soltanto quelle sancite dalla legge, ma soprattutto quelle dettate dal buon senso e dal reciproco rispetto.

Prenotazioni: le prenotazioni dirette possono essere richieste tramite e-mail (mayflower.roma@gmail.com) o via telefono, previa verifica di disponibilità. Al momento della prenotazione verrà richiesta una caparra pari al 50% dell’importo, non rimborsabile. 

In mancanza della caparra, non sarà garantita la disponibilità. 

Una volta ricevuta la caparra, vi verrà inviata la conferma dell’avvenuta prenotazione, corredata di tutte le informazioni relative al B&B. 

Il saldo dovrà avvenire in loco in contanti, al momento dell’arrivo.

A norma di legge, i B&B non essendo delle attività commerciali, non sono tenuti a rilasciare alcun documento fiscale. Per comprovare il vostro pagamento possiamo rilasciare una ricevuta non fiscale attestante l’importo e i dati del vostro soggiorno. 

Arrivo:

1- Registrazione: al momento dell’arrivo, vi sarà chiesto di esibire un documento di riconoscimento valido, ai fini della registrazione al servizio di P.S. (come previsto dal TULPS).

La non osservanza di tale obbligo costituisce violazione alle norme del codice penale e ci autorizza a chiedere l’abbandono immediato del B&B.

Non è permesso agli ospiti di far accedere altre persone all'interno del B&B in qualsiasi orario, neanche temporaneamente, per motivi di Pubblica Sicurezza.

Il B&B Mayflower tutela la Vostra privacy ai sensi del D. Lgs. 196/2003.

2-Check-IN: Essendo il bed & breakfast una piccola struttura a gestione familiare, non esiste un servizio di reception disponibile in tutte le ore del giorno come succede per gli hotel, perciò sarà gradita una comunicazione da parte Vostra che riguarda l’orario di arrivo (almeno 24 ore prima) ed eventuali ritardi.  Recarsi alla struttura senza aver avvisato circa l'orario d'arrivo, può causare attese anche lunghe. 

Tale disguido non può essere motivo di reclami o di pretese di rimborso

3- Consegna delle chiavi: Vi verranno consegnate le chiavi dell’appartamento e quelle della stanza dove sarete alloggiati, che dovrete riconsegnare al momento della vostra partenza (fate attenzione a non perdere le chiavi: in caso di smarrimento vi verrà interamente addebitata la somma di  € 200,00). Vi verranno mostrati la camera con il relativo bagno a voi assegnati e le aree comuni a vostra disposizione.

Per consentire l’accesso dall’esterno agli altri ospiti ed allo staff, Vi preghiamo di non lasciare le chiavi inserite nella porta blindata, né di bloccare quest’ultima con il chiavistello.

Check-OUT: Il giorno della Vostra partenza, le camere dovranno essere lasciate libere entro e non oltre le ore 10:00 per consentire allo staff di effettuare le pulizie.

Pulizie: Le pulizie delle camere e dei servizi vengono effettuate ogni giorno e comprendono il cambio degli asciugamani (riporre nel cestone gli asciugamani che si desidera lavare, quelli appesi non saranno lavati). Per le lenzuola, il  cambio  si effettua ogni 3 giorni, salvo eventuali richieste.

Pace e tranquillità: Il nostro B&B si trova in una zona in cui il silenzio e il riposo sono garantiti! Vi preghiamo quindi di mantenere un comportamento che, in nessun modo, possa danneggiare l'altrui tranquillità, con particolare attenzione nelle fasce orarie 14.00-16.00 e 22.00-8.00

Raccomandazioni: 

Si raccomanda un uso corretto e civile dei servizi igienici, evitando di gettare alcunchè nel WC, ricordando che esistono gli appositi cestini. 

Inoltre si raccomanda di spegnere le luci ed i climatizzatori ogni qualvolta si lascia la camera;

Chiudere sistematicamente le finestre quando il riscaldamento o l’aria condizionata sono in uso e mantenete una temperatura ragionevole nella camera.

Non lasciare i carica-batterie collegati quando non vengono utilizzati.

Divieti: 

Non è assolutamente ammesso fumare all’interno degli ambienti comuni e delle camere. L’osservanza di questa semplice regola nasce dall’esigenza di tutelare chi non fuma o chi verrà dopo di Voi, oltre che una norma per la prevenzione incendi.

È vietato utilizzare all'interno della struttura scaldini, stufette elettriche, fornelli a gas , forni elettrici e simili, poiché possono causare danno alla struttura, persone e cose.

E' vietato spostare gli arredi.

È vietato preparare e consumare pasti all'interno della camera.

E’ vietato l’ingresso agli animali

Eventuali danni:

Al cliente che per utilizzo improprio, negligenza o incuria reca danni alla struttura, alle sue dotazioni o agli oggetti in uso, saranno addebitati gli importi necessari per le riparazioni, le sostituzioni e le pulizie del caso. 

Gli arredi e le suppellettili non sono di gran valore, ma sono di proprietà di famiglia, scelti e messi a disposizione del B&B Mayflower. Vi preghiamo, pertanto, di lasciarne godere tutti. Per le sottrazioni accertate si procederà a norma di Legge.

Responsabilità:

Il B&B Mayflower declina ogni responsabilità per lo smarrimento, il furto o/e il danneggiamento di oggetti di Vostra proprietà lasciati nelle camere e per eventuali danni a persone, animali o cose da e verso terzi.

Non rispondiamo di eventuali disservizi dovuti a mancanza totale o parziale di forniture quali Elettricità, acqua, linea telefonica o connessione ad internet non dipendenti dalle nostre volontà.

The B&B Mayflower is a private apartment where the Ricci family offers its guests one or more bedrooms and the use of some common areas, while other areas are for the exclusive use of owners. This service of accommodation includes breakfast and is ensured using the normal family organization.

The rules to be observed in our B & B are not only those provided by the law, but especially those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

Reservations: direct reservations can be requested by e-mail (mayflower.roma@gmail.com) or by phone, after checking for availability. At the time of booking we will require non-refundable deposit of 50% of the amount.

In the absence of the deposit, the availability will not be guaranteed.

Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive confirmation of your reservation, with all the informations about the B & B.

The balance must be on site in cash, upon arrival.

By law, the B&B not being of commercial activities, are not required to issue any tax document. To prove your payment we can issue a no-tax receipt stating the amount and the data of your stay.

Arrival:

1- Registration: on arrival, you will be required to present a valid ID for the purpose of registering for the service P.S. (As required by TULPS).

Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes a violation of the norms of the Criminal Code and authorizes us to demand the immediate abandonment of the B & B.

It is not allowed guests to access other people in the B & B at any time, even temporarily, for Public Security reasons.

The B&B Mayflower protecting your privacy in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

2-Check-IN: Being bed and breakfast is a small family-run business, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day, as it happens for the hotel, so will welcome a statement by you that relates to the time of arrival (at least 24 hours before) and delays. 

Go to the structure without having notified about the arrival time can cause long waits.

This problem can not be a reason for complaints or claims for reimbursement

3- Handing over the keys: guests will receive the keys and the room where you'll be staying, you'll have to give back to the time of your departure (be careful not to lose the keys: if lost, will be fully payable will the sum of € 200.00). You will be shown the room with its bathroom assigned to you and the public areas at your disposal.

To allow access from the outside with the other guests and staff, please do not leave the keys inserted into the reinforced door, nor to block it with the bolt.

Check-OUT: On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated no later than 10:00 am to allow the staff to do the cleaning.

Cleaning: The cleaning of the rooms and services are taken every day, including change of towels (towels put in the basket that you want to wash, hanging ones will not be washed). For the sheets, the change takes place every 3 days except for any requests.

Peace and quiet: Our B&B is located in an area where silence and rest are guaranteed! So please keep a behavior that, in any way, may harm the tranquility of others, focusing in the hours 14:00 to 16:00 and 22:00 to 8:00.

Recommendations:

It is recommended that a correct and civil use of the toilets, not throwing anything in the toilet, reminding that there are the appropriate bins.

In addition it is recommended to turn off lights and air conditioners every time you leave the room;

Close windows systematically when heating or air conditioning is in use and maintain a reasonable temperature in the room.

Do not leave the charger connected when not in use.


Prohibitions:

It is absolutely not allowed to smoke in the common areas and bedrooms. The observance of this simple rule stems from the need to protect non-smokers, or those who come after you, as well as a standard for fire prevention.

You may not use inside the structure warmers, electric heaters, gas or electric  stoves and the like, as they may cause damage to the structure, people and things.

It is forbidden to move the furniture. 

It is forbidden to prepare and eat meals in the room.

It is forbidden entry to animals

Possible damages:

The customer for improper use, negligence or carelessness causes harm to the structure, its equipment or objects in use, the amounts needed for repairs will be charged, replacements and cleaning the case.

The furniture and furnishings are not of great value, but they are family owned, chosen and made available to the B & B Mayflower. Please, therefore, to leave all to enjoy. For detected subtractions will proceed according to the law.

Responsibility:

The B & B Mayflower accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft and / or damage of your property objects left in the rooms and for any damage to people, animals or things to and from third parties.

We are not liable for any failure due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection is not dependent on our will.
